Tire Question??

Default Tire Question??

I have a street scene bodykit on my car with the steeda rear springs on it...i was looking into getting some new wheels... How well do you think 305/45/18 or 305/35/18will look in the rear with my bodykit? please help i really dont want to get 20's and i dont want a huge gap in the rear wheel...I hoping this will solve my problem.. if anyone has any ideas i am open..thank you o yeah the tires are nt555r in the rear and 555s in the front

Yeah thats what i am hoping for i just want the rear tires to look a little bigger then the front....

305/45/18 might be too big, I have 295/45/18 right now and they fill the wheel well almost all the way. I have been told that the 305/35/18's fit perfect. That is the size I will probably go with the next time.

If youre going to stay with 18s with a body kit like that, youre going to need more sidewall, so Id try for at least a 45 series tire. Going wider poses problems with fitting them under the wheel well. I would suggest something around a 285/50/18 or 295/45/18.

haze28 i was looking at the size difference between the 295/45 and 305/45 and there really is not much of a difference.. so i think that i am going to try out the 305/45 up front and 255/45 in rear... thanks for you help

Hope that's a typo!

I just put 295x45x18 rear and 255x45x18 front and it is perfect! Fills up the well and comes flush with the body. Nitto 555s,
