Default Someone Slap me please...

So yeah... I ordered my first mod.. C&L Intake..

It gets here I start rushing to put it on like a kid at christmas...

put the MAF into the new harness, Put the bolts from the Stock one into it.... and Snap one of them off with not enough to get it out.. and after snapping 2 drill bits... I read the instructions and it says NOT to use the stock ones and use the ones included...

SO i have it held on with the 1 good one... and I figure ill call Brenspeed in the morning.. and Maybe they can get me a new harness sent out.. im assuming their customer service is pretty good?

Sorry... you asked for it... lol

I hate that feeling when you get something new and awesome, but you rush it and end up breaking something! [:@]
Oh well, hope they send you a new harness without any troubles!

Thats almost as much fun as figuring out you ordered the wrong item and thats why it doesn't fit! Been there, I'm sure Brenspeed will take care of it.

Man that sucks, but **** happens, right? At least you shared this here so others won't do the same thing..........I wonder how many others made this same mistake? Good luck in getting it corrected, and let us know how sweet the new setup is................... s ~

Just curious...

WHY are you going to rush into something you don't know how to do correctly in the first place? Now you know... crawl before you can walk partner... don't mean to be harsh but read the instructions if you don't know what you're doing!
