Okay, so I just received my front spoiler today from Cervinis. (wife calls to tell me) I thought it would be molded in black, but NOOOOoooo. Its white! I just might send it back. Of course, it wont matter if no one else molds theres in black. Anyone know ofa place that sells them in black?
I know I could probably just use a couple cans of Krylon and call it a day, but I'll wait till I get home to see it before I do anything.
Which Cervinis front spoiler is it?

Yes mine was $61 from Ford. Though 1 dealer did try to charge me retail price.... The rest charge list price. And theres no shipping charge when they order it for you and you come pick it up when it comes in.

Search the forums for gt500 lip spoiler part number

Yes there is trimming involved to get it to fit right, but its no big deal. Again search because someone did a write up..

+2 to just paint it. My CDC was yellow-ish. Doesn't matter what color it starts if you paint it.

The spoiler is the Classic style Type II. I wanted the smaller Type I, but they say they probably wont even make it. Which seems kinda strange since its been in their ads for about 6 months.
Anyway, flat black is what I want so it matches the rest of the car. If it were molded in that color, than keeping it painted wouldnt even be an issue. I thought about the GT500 spoiler, but it doesnt really direct the air up into the front opening. It seems more like a splitter. I would like to get some good air flow through the intercooler. This style seems to fit the bill just fine. Now, as far as painting goes, I could have the same place paint it flat black and try to live with the inevitable pitting and scraps that will be associated with use. OR, I know someone on here said they used just a regular rattle can and then no longer had to worry about it. When it got scuffed up a bit, just painted back over it. Now, if I can use some decent paint (not necessarily Krylon) and take the time to do this occasionally, I guess it would probably work fine. Any thoughts, or maybe who it was that used the spray can?
