I got the rims 3 days after I got the car. Over a year.

Check proper pinion angle.
Are the LCAs adjusted properly?
Relocation brackets also makes
me think wrong pinion angle.
Driveshaft needs to be rotated
and reinstalled with proper torques.

Thanks for the replies

The tires wore on the inside which was expected from the tires leaning in.

And the tires are leaning in because? Unless you're dialing in a lot of camber for track use, they shouldn't be noticeably leaning in, even when the car is lowered. Refer to this: http://www.procarcare.com/includes/c...dtirewear.html

Did the vib start after the gear install? I would open up the rear and do as many different runouts on the ring gear as possible....check for flatness of the ring....check the runout of the differential. I too have some vib isssues when I am over 80 and come off the throttle....I have denny shaft installed. I had an adjustable upper control armbut i went back to stock and it seemed to help a little. I think my vib started after the gear changed and i have not had the chance to do the runouts...its on the list to do though. Im thinking the differential is some what out of round....I noticed my new gear is making more noise than it did when first installed. I also changed out all of the bearings in the rear during the gear installation. My 2 cents....

vibrations are caused by the driveshaft.some brands have been known to cause vibrations. i called lethal performance to ask if they had a 1-piece alluminum and they said they don't stock them because too many customers got vibrations from them. i could be wrong but i believe that it was the denny shaft they had issues with. i asked if they tried coastline or spyder and they said they were going to test other brands first before restocking this type of part.

Well, I have been fighting vibration since I had my latest round of mods done. The problem is that I had a lot of stuff done at one time. (please learn from my mistake and do not do too many mods at one time) There were zero vibration issues before the mods. So something that was done is causing the vibs. I think it may be mulitple things which will make things even more difficult.

I just put a new set of shoes on the car, so that is ruled out. There seems to be less vibs since the new shoes. Before the shoes, there seemed to be a vib from the driveshaft, but it seemed to go away after the tires. I have a Denny shaft, but it is not on because of major vibs at 85 mph. I have not triedthe Denny shaftsince the new shoes. My tires also have a slight slant in from bottom to top.

Here are the mods doneand symptoms. Please give me any ideas on what to look at.

Mods done

3.73 FRRP gears
Adj. LCA's combo style
Adj. panhard bar
Relocation brackets
Pulleys
Eibach Prokit

Symptoms

steering wheel vibrates "sometimes"
passenger seat vibrates at higher speeds

also, when you lower your car the pinion angle changeson thedriveshaft. if lowered enough, this has to be adjusted.

I suspected the gears early on because there were zero vibs before the gears. Then after the gears install I had vibs regardless of which driveshaft and which orientation of the driveshaft. Or maybe the vibs are from the pinion angle being wrong? I am trying to get a plan of attack for what to check in what order.
