Default Tar removing

I just passed through a construction site and now I have some tar on my rear fenders that I would like to remove. Any ideas of good products that would help take it off?

Use diesel fuel or kerosene(basically the same thing). Both will remove both tar and sap and will not hurt the paint.

Kerosene or WD-40 will most likely desolve that stuff w/o hurting the paint. Remember to wash the area and then wax since the kero or WD will strip your wax.

Like the poster said above, try using WD-40.....it will not hurt your paint. From my understanding, it's made with Fish Oil.

I got some paint on my truck from aroad spilllast month and used the stuff and it came right off.

Bug and tar remover. They make a kind that comes out as a foam. Let it sit for a spell, then wipe off. Reapply as needed.
