my beautiful car
That sucks. Some sound advice allways listen to your parents most of the time they are correct. Your parents are right on the money. Most kids dont knoq how to drive.and i hate to say but $700 doesnt even pay for a chip in the paint. I can assure you its going to be alot more then 700 from your description Hope this works out for u

$700 to fix a 1/4 panel .... I don't think the HUGE crashed 1/4 is as bad as you make it sound ... The outer 1/4 panel is about $400 (if you need inner 1/4 as well ... you are talking big bucks for the metal and labor) ... plus removal of 1/4 glass and rear windshield so the 1/4 panel can be cut it off the car. Then the new one needs to get panel adhesived and welded back on. Prep and paint then the glass goes back in. Plus tailight install, decklid install, rear bumper install. $3000 job minimum. Perhaps you mean your rear bumper cover? Or a very small dent they will be slapping some bondo in?
yeah, all i had were some small dents in the quarter and for them to pop em out and re-paint was $1,100[:'(]so it will probably be more for yours if i understand the story correct
