Default **EXHUAST HELP**

about two weeks ago. I installed a flowmaster AT axleback. now whenever im driving it feels like its dragging behind with this weird sound. but it only sounds like that when im on the gas and mostly around 1700 RPMS. so i took it to ford and they said for 200 bucks they can fix it. they said i put the brakets on backwards. how could that be? i followed the instructions perfectly. they also said that it would take them 2 hours to fix. fix what? turn the brakets around. omg. are they special? so does anyone else have this problem too. i need serious help.

Is it drone that you are talking about? I heard that Flowmasters have a drone problem which might be what you are experiencing.

This may be the problem here. Go and look at the end of the catback where you connect it to the pipe. You should see a little rivet on that pipe. Make sure that your catback is pushed up all the way to that rivet or else it will produce a horrid metal grind sound which is the two metal parts grinding and shaking against each other. Hope the problem gets sovled soon!
