Red Leather installed in Screaming Yellow

RE: Red Leather installed in Screaming Yellow
I think tan leather(with the yellow exterior) would look more "Italian sports car" than the red IMO.
Nothing like nice, new leather, but I am not gonna say it looks great(or even nice), but to each their own, right? Hopefully you're as lucky as this cat..........................

RE: Red Leather installed in Screaming Yellow
looks similar to the;
yellow vette w/ red interior 46,000 - 70,000
yellow porsche boxster w/ red interior 46,000 - 50,990
yellowferrari f430 170,000 - 200,000
facts are, this is not a fashion mistake, lots of highend car adopt a similar hue.
but you would need an appreciation of fine cars to know this.

I remember my moms friends' piece of **** chevette from the '80's; it had a red interior and looked like ***. Simply having a common attribute with a higher priced car doesn't necessarily mean it adds value or enhances the look of the lower priced car.
Anyway, as I posted earlier, the original poster should not care what everyone thinks. It's his car, and should customize it however he wants. It reallyshouldn't matter whateveryone else thinks. However, I'm still wondering why he opted to throw a bunch of $$ into the V6 when he could have just saved that money + the cost of his car to buy a GT...

I like it, its definately unique. I have strange taste too, when i bought my stang i searched hard to find one without the aluminum dash or the mycolor, but with the black leather. Everyone always asks why, truth is, i really dont know.
Do you plan to change the door inserts to red leather too?

I always thought the red LS6 covers clashed with the yellow C5 Z06 Vettes and I think this does too but it's your car and if it works for you, then that's great. It's a popular color combo on lower end cars too:
