Default Blower Money!

I realize that this may only interest a few people...... but I can't buy my blower until I sell my drums. Just thought I may get lucky and someone may be interested since thousands of people belong here.
Pearl Reference Series bought last November receipt in hand ($3,735)
5 piece, kick and 4 toms in purple craze.....still new!
I would take $2500 OBO

Hey fellow musician, I'm working on a budget myself for a Vortech but I won't sell my guitars!
$2500 is still short of a blower I think.
Don't take this the wrong way but can't you barrow some money from a credit union or something. Unless you don't drum too much anymore, you gonna miss annoying the neighboors lol.

I know it is a couple of grand short but it is the boost I need to get this rolling.

I don't really play a lot anymore bc I live in a condo in South FL and can't find anyone cool to jam.

Plus I have two kits , both sittin in the garage packed up......... That is my blower!

Sorry, don't know anyone that needs drums currently.

I totally agree with the above. I haven't played guitar regularly for over a year (I had been playing for the last 13-14 years), and I really miss playing. Playinga musical instrument, imo, is much a much more fulfilling activity than going a little faster in your car. Hopefully you have a separate set of drums you can use when you sell your Pearls, and don't give up playing! And on that note, I think I will start playing guitar again!

EDIT: If you live in a condo, you could always get electronic drums, which are almost totaly quiet. My friend, who I used to jam with, thinks those are lame, but he lives in a condo as wellwhere electronic drums might be one of the only reasonable options.

I have a Pearl 6 piece myself, dont play as much as I would like to, hell Ive been playing along to CD's lately because I cant find someone to jam with. BUT I would NEVER give it up, unless through some medical reason I cant play anymore. Going fast is fun, but its the car doing it, playing music is all you. Anyone can push a gas pedal, not everyone can push a bass pedal.

I'm not giving up on playing. Like I said I have two different sets pictured above. I'm just selling the drums in the bottom picture. I am keeping all of my cymbals, hardware, and the black double bass kit on top. I admit that the Reference kit was a bad investment and I totally regret it but I did it before I had my mustang.

Nice kit. What kind of rack system is that?

Anyway, good luck selling it man.
