Took a little road trip and got some cool pics! Messed with the lighting and contrast a little bit on my computer, turned out kinda cool!!

Haha no no no I was playing with photo effects on my computer and thought it looked neat, the camera is just fine!

 

The first one looks sweet, second one a little to bright but not all that bad. great looking car though!

First one looks good, second one looks over developed lol.

What you should do is try to get the background dark like the first pic, then make your car bright so that it stands out more.

 

are you using Photoshop?
You need to select the background on either print and apply the effects to just that part. That way you could change the clouds in the first photo into that deep, dark, scary scene while the car, which was probably what the camera was metering on, will come out normal.
It just takes a while to outline the car, but once you learn that you can do more neat tricks.
