brenspeed tune? interchangeable?

Can you put a brenspeed tune on a car with a different ECU code on it? I was told that usually there are ECU codes that are part of a group. Anyway, would it just error out, or give you a bad flash?

How long does b ama take to program a tune for you? And what is the difference between a torque tune and performance tune?
