alright update...all the parts came in today, but I have to wait until wednesday until they are installed...i hope its all worth the wait and $$$$$$
How many $$$$$ for cams... and install cost if you don't mind me asking? What can you expect, 30 to 40HP?
The cams cost me $1,000 well my dad bought me the cams. I bought the torque converter which was $500, and the 4.10 gears which were $225. I havent gotten an exact amount for the installation cost but I think its going to be anywhere between $700-$1,000.

That isn't bad considering your cams, gears and torque converter getting put in. one shop here in Oklahoma wanted to charge me $1,000 jsut for 4.10 gears+install what a F'n rip off. Hope to hear good results tho with your new mods!!

it sucks not having my mustang...still waiting until friday. Feels like a part of me is missing. The guy installing everything called me today (tuesday) said everything is going well. He installed the 4.10 gears and was working on the cams. Everything is set to be done by friday

I know how you feel, I waited 4 days while they worked on mine but it is well worth it when you get up to speed on the freeway. I got the BBR stage 2 cams, in hindsigt I should have got the Comp but the guy at BBR where I was ordering told me they were about the same. Which valve springs did you get?
