When should I change the spark plugs?

Apparently so. It probably would have helped in the case of my Buick.

I agree with removing them but not replacing them every 15k or so.

a) Loosen the plug 1/3 turn
b) Drench it with a high quality penetrant
c) let is sit for atleast 15 minutes
d) remove it all the way.
