Anyone running an SC'd stangas a year round DD in the pacific northwest or a similar climate? How well does this work? I would post this in the regional section but it seems no one goes thier, my hope is to not have to buy another car to run int he winter time.

I live in the Portland area, Sherwood to be exact, and I have a Kenne Bell 2.6L installed. I've been running it for about a year now with no issues. It really likes the cold weather! It is also my daily, and only driver!

Mikes_BLK_GT, I'm in a similar place... thinking about going SC , and live just north in the 'Couv. And mines a DD too.

In my mind it could go both ways.. if it's cold and dry out - rock 'n roll!. But if it's our typical rainy winter, than not so good. So, to me, if you go any kind of FI, get something that tends to be mild on the low end, so that it's remain streetable in wetter weather, just keep the RPMs down. Though I haven't had a chance to do much research as to who's system does what at what RPM range, there are definitely differences..

Hey Guys,

I live in the Tacoma Area...and i want to install a Kenne Bell. You guys know of any reliable shops that can do this for me in the area? Also, any good shops for tint and wheels? Thanks!

Hey guys I also live in the Tacoma area and I am trying to get rid of: 2006 Black GT stock front bumper for only $75.00. If you know anyone who may need one, please send him/her my way. Heck for that price it could be painted cheaply to any other color needed....

BTW, sorry for hijacking the thread...we should get together for a cruise or something before the weather really turns crappy..

More info/lost of pics on the bumper here:

I live in Sherwood . Thanks everyone for the input on this, it helps with the descision making, SC will most likely have to wait until next year but it might just end up back in my plans
