Default sequentials problem

One of my lights is dead. The park lights work. The turn signal doesn't. When locking the car the second light comes on but not the first.Hazards also don't work. Would a bad bulb cause the other two to not work. Thanks for the help.

On the sequential, if the first bulb goes, the others don't work.

Hope he is not using the cheap no name bulbs.
The Sylvania Long Lifes are the only way to go
since its a pain in the a$$ to change them.
