springs and panhard bar since your obviously not into the performance, hence the 20 inch rims, i could be wrong though it all depends on the money you want to drop.

and an adj panhard so you can recenter the rear end
after lowering
i would go springs + shocks + strutsfirst and see what
offset you get and then see if you need the adj panhard
to recenter the rear end
and replace the crappy stock upper strut mount bearing
with the new and inproved for 07 Ford replacment for
the Chuckle problem while you are replacing the front
springs and shocks

Just all depends on what your looking for. 157Db has a good list. You can get by with the springs and maybe not need the camber bolts as mentioned. However, doing the springs with out the shocks and struts could get a little more expensive if you decide you need the shock and struts later (speaking from experiance there[:@]).

RE: Please Help
The stock shocks are way too soft allowing the car to pitch up and down. You don't need to replace them but in order to fit lowering springs you have to crack open the front struts anyway as you need the top cap. So if you replace the shocks later, you'll need to crack them open again.
There is a way round that which is to buy the Steeda strut caps or even a spare set of Ford strut caps but you still have to bolt them together.
Steeda use Tokico D-Spec struts which is why I use them. I used Roush springs because I like the blue and they lower the car an inch or so all round so you maintain the ride quality and don't usually need camber bolts. I didn't need the Panhard bar either.
The size of the wheel is irrelevant. it is the weight of the wheel that is important which is whyI use a slim 5 spoke design. the wheels are pretty light, it's often the tires that add the weight. Mine add 10lbs a corner but then I'm obviously not into "performance" with my puny supercharger and all. LOL.
