Default SCT question

Wondering if the stang has to be reflashed after a period of time? It seems like my cars power isnt like it was at first. Got the flash and tune from Evolution. What about,,,are there updates to the tunes? One thing is I didnt get the usb cable with the flash. I have noticed another thing...Ive lost a bit for mpg's also. When I first got it my mpg went up and stayed that way. Cant get those mpg's anymore. Anyone with any insite??? Thanks

i reflash every time i change my oil just because the computer learns your driving habbits. As far as your gas milage its probably because of a dirty filter, to low of tire pressure, older oil, etc just regular maintence. Try checking all those and see how your milage is

Matt,
Interesting read, thanks.
Have you, or do you reload your tunes?
I've not touched mine for about 8MO or so. I had Brent modify my dashpot closing earlier this year.

Thanks, I haven't noticed any difference in mine since the last load. Iusually drive fairly calm anyways, occasionally open it up on the on-ramps. All the local cops know my car by now.
