Default DVD Player

Hey guys, im getting a DVD player put in, i want it to be a touchscreen andwork with my Ipod, I'm wonderin what ones you guys think are the best? I have a buddy that works for best buy, and can get me a pretty good discount on any one that they sell, but im willing to pay the money to go elsewhere. So far he's recommended the Pioneer D3, what do you guys think of that one? Suggestions for any better ones?

yea, don't 'bump'

Kenwood NAV/DVD head units have a nice iPod integration, just need to buy a cheap cable with the unit.

I have a d3 on the way, I think your best bets are pioneer, alpine and kenwood. I went with the d3 because it has the features I wanted. The ipod cable is only $28, I can add xm and bluetooth and it seems easy to operate. I can't wait for it to arrive so i can get it installed and take the mifi out of my car.

I just put the Kenwood DDX-6019 with Navigation in my car. I love the Garmin GPS, the DVD player, the touchscreen menus, the sound is great, but the iPod interface is very lacking. The newer units should have a better interface for the iPod, and if that's your main interest, I'd get one of the newer models

Pioneer is by far the best dvd-nav on the planet. I am a dealer for pioneer, alpine and clarion navigations. If anybody is interested let me know and I will ship it out. I will try to beat anyones price for anyone on here.
