We figured it out. The system came with no instruction and you have to remove the steering shaft/ motor mounts/ Dip stick and so on.
Kooks calls this morning with detailed instuctions so it will be up and runningby tonight.

Here's the car running at a timed track.Ended up getting 3rd. This was mainly just for fun.
