As long as you change a minimum of 30% of the design, you should be clear of any design infringements. 30% usually constitutes there will be significant changes that would render the design different from the registered design. For example, if you were to take the Mustang Forums logo in the top left corner you could change the perspectiveangle of the running horse, and possibly the positioning of the horse legs and tail. Those changes alone are enough to avoid infringement.

The decal defiantly is not a design but rather a non-appealing font. That decal will definitely not make it’s way to many cars let alone doesn’t entice anybody to check out the website.
