im not asking if i should or shouldnt get it, i think im going to, i really like the look of carbon fiber and its my car. i just want your opinions. i wana try and get a feel of the reaction of other people. http://www.customautotrim.com/dashki.../fo-mustg05ba/

thats the main part of the kit, and if you scroll down on the right side youll see the add on kits. id get the last one.

iam torn about the carbon fiber too. I like how it looks and ive seen the roush kit in person but then again i like how my inteior is all black on black except for the chrome vent rings and the chrome around the gauges/

I'm bored with the whole carbon fiber look, it's a bit overdone these days.
The only thing that looks worse is the wood trim kit.

But it's your car, do with it as you wish.

Definitely not as appealing as it was 5 years ago. But if you like it, go for it.

That link is dead now. I searched the kits on that site and the only ones I saw did not include the upper or lower dash pieces??

I just put a dash kit in my car and I really like the looks of it. I went with orange and black carbon fiber. I have a white stang like you with tan interior, and thats not an easy combo to match up a decent looking dash kit with. I was planning on going with an orange superstripe anyway, so the dash kit will help me to bring my color scheme together.

The real carbon fiber kit consisting of 33 pieces cost me right at $300. They sell other colors and a synthetic carbon fiber for around $240.

Unfortunately the 33 piece kit is the only kit which includes the upper dash pieces.
