Ok, Completed the install/upgrade. It is doable. Need all five parts. Took around 4 hours. Wiring harness was fun! Passager seat is now a power one. Works with no problems. I will try to have a "write up" latter this week. Not many pics, was too busy trying to figure out who to get the Manauel track off the seat. You need to undo the bottem part of the seat. It is not too bad.

Congrats! How is the height of the seat now. I'd really like to do this too but I'm not very good with that kind of stuff. I'm all thumbs.[sm=smiley21.gif][sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley21.gif][sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley21.gif]

Seat height is good enough for a 9 yr old to see over the dash and hood now.

So that was it, huh? Only those five parts, and you're done? Wow, that's awesome! Looking forward to the write up ASAP! Any issues with the airbag light, or is the wiring harness you got already good for it? I need this info!!!!![8D]Now, we need someone to do a write up on how to use that factory heated seat control panel, in conjuction with aftermarket seat heaters!

No problem with the Airbags, side or front. The car is already wired for the seat. Even the manual seat has a wire harness. It is needed for the front air bag sensor, and the seat beat sensor (to verify it is buckled). Air bag light works as before. Got a cruse-in today. Will try the write up next week. There is a difference in the wire harness for the manual and power seats. But this is the wire harness that is under the seat, not the one providing power to the floor where the wire harness plugs into. The plug is go for either a power or manual seat. Heck there is even a plug (yellow) for the side airbags, even if you don't have side airbags, easier and cheaper to mass product that why.
