Default Dealer computer scan

I have 32K plus miles. My dealer gives a free computer scan, thought I'd have it done before I run out of warranty. I returned my computer tuneto stock. Thought I'd drive it a couple of weeks to let it re-learn before I take it in. Good idea?

if it aint broke why take it in. Just have them do a oil change. and read up on if they do a update to your computer it might mess up the tune.

you can get a free computer scan at autozone or other auto parts store. If your check engine light isn't on then there isn't really any reason to have it done.

Maybe you should have them run Windows Defrag on it.

Why? Pick up your own OBDII and scan it yourself. You can get a decent one on ebay for less that $50.00.

No ck engine light, no code. No code, no reason to scan.

I shudder at the thought of the dealership doing anything to my Stang...
