Ok so i got my neons in today.... and this is what i got...two neons..a thing in the middle that u connect the neons to...and the tac stuff...

so my question is..how the hell do i wire this to the map lights so that when i unlock the car...these neons will go on..

my question is can i strip the wires to neon...is one side a post..and the other a neg...

any help would be great..thanks

im not trying to rice out my car...but i just want some lights when i unlock my car...its not like im leaving them on or anything...so please help..thaanks

Find the 12v source that lights up when you open the car. i dont know where it is. but i would on the header lamps since the light up when you unlock the car. when you find it wire up the red wire to it. the the black one simply find a ground conection or find a bolt that touches the metal and
you can use it as ground. also if you want to extend those white cables look out on what kind of wires you use since those cables runs A/C current.
you don't want the cable to frie and start a fire inside your car. Those are the neons i used in my computers
