RE: DRAG RADIALS
275s arejust fine on stocker for drag radials.I am running as well as 4 or our club members BFgoodrich 275/40/17s drag radialson stock rims. They are working GREAT! Call that tire company and as their opinion just to be sure. I am not too familiar with that brand.

Cause I was thinking about getting the M/T 275's for my stock rears.
Will it work fine on the street for a daily driver?

I use it just for the track. Im sure if it can handle being at 10 psi while going 118+ mph down the track it can handle normal daily driving.....I could be very wrong though.

RE: DRAG RADIALS
I am VERY familiar with that particular tire in that size. I run them on my 4.0L/5spd coupe - both on the street and at the strip. The tire is fine for the street in most circumstances, as long as you don't get stupid with the gas pedal. I've driven locally with them in the rain, and they were OK. They will break loose in the rain, so self-moderation is important. I have not driven at highway speeds in the rain with them, so I cannot comment. They are soft, so they will pick up road debris (safety glass gets me). These tires are not recommended when the temp drops below 40*. On dry pavement, they hook great for me. At the strip, my current best 60' is 1.932 with the stock clutch (4K rpm lift with 20psi in the DR's).
I do NOT have them mounted on stock 17x8" Bullitts. M&H says 9 inches, so I bought a pair of 17x9" anthracite replica Bullitts from American Muscle for the DR's. Together, they only weigh 48lbs, which is lighter than the stock rim and Pirelli. CAN you use the 17x8" rim for this tire? Probably, but I'd rather follow the specifications set out by the tire manufacturer.
In terms of buying them - you can get them direct from M&H. I think Evolution Performance (check sponsor page) had a sale with them going for $180ea (reg is $190, according to their website).
Oh, and I think they look badass on my car - best appearance mod yet to my coupe!
