Definitelymore problems than savings. It's not just the manifold, you would a new MAF,air piping, pulleys, belt, injectors, custom tune ...........blah blah blah. the list goes on and on.

Exactly like everyone else said--the 3valve has different heads than the four valve cobra motor. Way more trouble than its worth.
