Default Removing Headrests

Hey.

How do you completely remove a headrest? I need to get them out of the car for these seat covers.

There's a little hole in the back of one of the base pieces. Need to push in with a paper clip or something similar......

Haha I saw that hole and wondered about that! Thanks.

Off to work on it. Maybe some pics later. ;-)

Hmm. I'm trying... Push in then..? Pull up on the headrest? Does just the headrest comeout or do the base peices come out with it?

You'll need to push the button on one headrest sleeve (the plastic piece), and push the paper clip in the hole on the other headrest sleeve. All at the same time, while pulling up on the headrest.

Yep I had just gotten it after I posted my last post but I was busy so I didn't inform you guys. Sorry, lol.

Anyway, until I gather up enough dough to buy the $2000 custom MRT seats I want [8D], Here's my more temporary solution to badly-staining cloth parchment. Not half bad for $20... Leather. Had to do a lot of cutting, measuring and sewing though (excuse me, I mean my wife had to [:-]) Wrinkles will get smoothed out in the sun tomorrow, I'll have more pics. As of now, though:

So, after taking out the headrest, do the plastic pieces just pry off? I'm interested because I might get a set of leathers from newtakeoff.com.
