Default What size stripes for my Cervinis hood?

Stingers and suspension are going on Wednesday! woot

The stang goes to paintshop in two weeks and I've got to figure out what size stripes to go with. I'm definitely getting flat black. I've got the Cervinis C-500 (Eleanor) hood to go with SHR louvers and the shelby spoiler. What size stripes will look the best, particularly on this type of hood? I was thinking two 10" stripes, but not sure of the gap size.

These stripes are going to be painted so they've got to be right the first time. What size should I get? And if anyone has this particular hood striped I would love to see pics and the stripe specs. Thanks[&:]

I have 10 inch stripes with a 2 inch gap between them. The pinstripes are 1/4 inch with a 1/4 inch space between them and the bigger stripes! I love the look and email me for more pics if interested.....J

I enjoy one solid strip with a pin strip.

The actual Eleanor stripes are 11 inches. One of the Eleanors was at the local antique auto mall. I measured them when I was considering. To my surprise they were vinyl and clear coated over. The auto mall ran a short video about Eleanor. For anyone who cares there was 13 of them for the movie. Each one had different mods of performance for the different scenes. Pretty cool I thought.

Was that for the 68 "eleanor" shelby GT500? Gone in 60 seconds movie right? I am sure that Cervinis uses a template that is 10 inches for the stripes. Others have gone 12 inches for the stripes and wider butI like the 10's with the pinstripes. JMO though

Yes, That was for the 68 GT 500. A couple of guys in my area with the Cervini Eleanor pkg wanted there cars as close to Eleanor as possible. Down to the Go Baby Go button. And yes from Gone in 60 seconds remade version with Nicholas Cage.
