Ok I had 2 hours on the way to work to really play with the car and I decided I love the headers and Xpipe. When you hit the gas the exhaust echo's pretty loud you can hear the air being forced through it. The car does have a lot more kick to it, there were a few times where I didn't expect it to launch so hard at around70 MPH but it's tons of fun. The car feels different with the Prothane motor mounts and the A-arm. The wheel feels a lot stiffer, andat the front end. It's going to take a few days to get used to. Theexhaust isn't loud when you idle but you can hear the rumble,it's pretty loud when you begin to build upspeed, as the RPM goes up so does the sound. Itdoes hit a peak loudness,as you let off the gas then the exhaust goes quiet again. I really hear the exhaust when the boost starts to build, and boy do youand everyone else around youhear it

I'm smiling ALL the time itsounds like a muscle car now. When I reved the engine with just the bassani axleback it sounded wimpy now when I rev the engine it sounds like power. I removed my cat's for this install. I picked up the stainless steel offroad xpipe and kooks headers for 750.00. I found a great deal from a guy that took them off his Saleen after only having them for like 2 months, he hardly drove the car during that time so everything is pretty much brand new. The same set goes for around $1300.00 everywhere I have seen it.

Here is a list of current work done, Cervinis C-Series wing will be here today and painted friday for monday install!!

Cervini's Hood
Saleen Supercharger
Sequential Turn Signals
39# injectors
Steeda CAI
Saleen Inlet tube
Focus Fuel Pump
Xenon Quarter and Window scoops
Smoked Turn signal covers
clear rear bumper covers
Bassani Axleback
Kooks Headers and Xpipe
BMR A-Arm Brace
Polyurethane Motor Mounts
MRT Hood Struts

Short video clip just for sound just doesn't do it justice. I lost my digital camera so this video is from a cell phone and short.

Sweet. I'd like some long tubes but don't want to lose the Cats for emissiom reasons. I'm too lazy to swap the cats in and out for testing [8D] Do long tubes affect the tune? Wanna be careful the increased gasflow don't pull your A/F down.

In SC. you don't need cats here, thats a good question about the tune. Brenspeed never installed the kooks exhaust before so they don't know. They are sending me a tune for the O2 sensors and I'm supposed to see if that does anything. When we dyno'd the car a couple weeks ago my pump was only at .5 and at 1.0 is when you start to get worried so my pump is good, My AF was a little rich to begin with so i'm comfortable that I'm not going to run into major problems until I get the custom dyno session. I'm waiting for a call back nowfor the dyno session. I have the cervini's C-series ducktail coming today so I want my car around for the fitting and so I can run it over to my paint guy.

The Cervini's C-series ducktail is at the body shop now. It should be ready by Wednesday. Sigh I hate the wait game.
