Default Value?

Whaddo you guys think I could hypothetically get for my car incase it turns out I can't drive it around here in the winter like this/I can't park it on campus? I'm just fully exploring my options,

2006 Ford Mustang 4.0L V6 Mustang
Vista Blue, 5-Speed, Pony package
12,374 miles
Practically perfect condition.

Go:
AEM Brute Force CAI
8.8 Rear with 3.73s and T-Lok
JBA H-pipe with GT take-off axlebacks (borla stingers coming soon)
JBA Ceramic-coated Shorty Headers
SCT XCAL3 with custom tunes from Doug @ BAMACHIPS
Tubular Lower Control Arms
Double Adjustable Upper Control Arm
Double Adjustable Panhard Bar
Anti-Squat Bracket
K-Member Brace with Torque Limiter
Strut Tower Brace
Eibach Lowering Springs
Show:
18" American Racing Chrome Casino Wheels with Eagle F1 tires
Cervini's C-Series front bumper, grills, lights, clear turn signals
GT rocker panels, body-matched painted mirrors
Pioneer AVIC-D3
Custom MRT Interior (Black leather/blue carbon fiber inserts)
SilverHorseRacing flush-mounted Louvers
Window Tint
Custom trunklid cover

I have all stock parts, pony package bullit wheels, pony package front bumper, and all original parts. I'm assuming I'd get more through a private sale/parting out, than trying to trade it in full/parted out. It could all also be included in the "sale". Any thoughts are appreciated. Am I crazy to think I could get 25-28?

KBB has it $19,350 stock, minus extras which you would make more $$parting out.

I could see parting out some small things, but I'm not looking to reswap some of those parts. It'd be simple to sell the bullits and the stock bumper, etc. However I dont think I'd want to change anything on the car now, just to be able to sell it.

you are going to have to find someone who likes the mods you have done.....for me i wouldnt do alot of what you did on the car, for others they might like some of it but not all.....its a tough sell and have to find the right people

take off the front bumper and replace it with aGT. your car has to be just as fast as a stock GT right? i'd say under 20k, people just dont appreciate aftermarket extras, mainly because they dont know how it works, but 20k isnt bad, atleast you had fun along the way, and thats what truly matters.

Hey, your car looks great and thats an understatement!! I don't know how much someone would buy your car for but if you were going to sell it...just be brave and put out an AD...there are tons of fish in the sea and some of them will bite. Just be willing to ask yourself honestly what you would be willing to spend on your car if you didn't own it. And that is your asking price. Mind you asking price is not set in stone. But you never know who is going to bite and who will appreciate the work you have done. Its harder to sell yourself in an AD than it is in person. But I think your car would be a real bargain at 21 to 22K. But you have to look at all the other competition out there. If someone sees the 25 to 28 asking price they may buy a brand new GT instead. But again my Old Man has been selling cars for over 30 years and he says there is a buyer for every car out there. You just have to be patient and the right buyer will find you. Again, you have a very beautiful car and anyone would be so lucky to have a ride like that. It really stands out! But you would make more money by parting out. But if and when it happens just see what happens. I hope you don't have to sell.

When modding your stang it's hard to sell ... you have to find a buyer with the same taste as you... more often then none you will loose the money you put into it... sucks but thats how it is... thats why I wont even bother trying to sell mine

Yes, unless you can restore it to stock and sell all of mods for ten grand.
