Made these myself. They are not perfect but I don't have a CNC machine...just my hands. Color matches the wheel color fairly closely.

And here I thought you were a Hank Williams Jr. (Bocephus) fan that couldn't spell worth a damn! Can you elaborate on how you made these? Materials? Method?

Hahaha

ok here's how I made them:

Went to a craft store and bought a thin foam sheet (about 1/8 inch thick)
Printed out the logo I had created and glued it to the foam sheet
I carefully cut out all the letters and parts with an exacto knife
I glued all the parts onto another piece of foam, and then another under that (3 layers thick total)
I then spraypainted the foam to give it a glossy surfacr for the next step
I layed up several layeres of latex on top of the foam to make a mold
Then I removed the foam
Next I mixed up resin (same as used in fiberglass, just minus the actual glass) and poured it in the mold
Once it cured, I had a lot of touching up to do with sandpaper and body putty
Once it was close enough to perfect, I spraypainted them silver
Then I painted the black and the red by hand
Then several coats of clear

From Wikipedia:
Alexander the Great
July 20 356 BC – June 10 323 BC), also known as Alexander III, was an ancient Greek king (basileus) of Macedon (336–323 BC). He was one of the most successful military commanders in history, and was undefeated in battle. By the time of his death, he had conquered most of the world known to the ancient Greeks.

Sounds like an awful lot of work (but a labor of love, I'm sure). You must really dig that horse!
157db - you are joking, right?
