CAR MANUALS
I have only known these to be secured to FOMOCO shop guys.
You're probably gonna be best to buy the old paper Haynes. And one good thing I'll mention about Haynes: I have five vehicles, have all Haynes manuals for each. On a Toyota Camry I had a power moon-roof and the manual didn't cover it. I e-mailed Haynes customer service and they sent me an update with step-by-step and photos, about six or so pages in all free of charge, just like it should have been in the manual all along.
(I actually have a six project car: a '76 Cobra and installing a 302 out of an '83 capri, so I got two more Haynes manuals out in the shed.)

I haven't found a Haynes for the S197's, not saying they don't make one, just haven't seen one yet. I'd recommend going to ebay and getting one of the DVD's like the dealers have. You can print out most stuff in PDF format so you can take it to the garage, and it has more information than you will ever need. Best $30 I've ever spent.

I have all the helm factory manuals for my cars. They are expensive, but make up for their cost in the amount of help they provide.
