Default installing springs

How hard is it to install your own lowering springs. I have a set of eibach springs laying around and was trying to decided whether it would be possible for me to install them myself. Has anyone done their own springs, if so any pointers..

It takes awhile to do... not super hard or anything just time consuming... make sure you have a way to compress the springs as well ~ J

Taco Bill has posted a "How To" for this. See the sticky at the top. Lot's of great howto info on several topics.
