Default LCA Install Help

When I did the right side, I had no problems. Now I'm doing the left side.

I put one end of the LCA in, and it seems that it is too "short" for the other side to reach. How do I get it in there?

If you're supporting the car on the frame rails, jack the axle up and bit and you'll be able to move it into position.

It is on the frame rails. I tried what you suggested, but it still felt like it wouldnt budge? Will it only work if it is on both rails and not just one? I tried that as well...

With jack stands on the frame rails and the rearend sort of hanging I used a ratchet strap and pulled it to line the bolt holes up.

If these are adjustable control arms then just lengthen it.If not then you should be able to lineit up by placing a floor jack under the center of the axle and jacking it up.

Have someone push towards the front of the car on the tire. That's what I had to do.
