Some Stripes...So I had a couple quick questions. I'm looking to get some stripes for my car...My Mustang is black, and Im gonna go with gold stripes. Going for the gt-h look...

1) I found these on ebay...Any experience with this seller? Would you trust the stripes?

2) Anyone have a black stang with gold stripes? Pics?

3) Anyone have pics of how the 10 inch ones look different then the 12 inch stripes.

Personaly I've never liked the sticker look. Thats why I had mine painted on. I'm very happy with mine, but its realy upto you.

its your car get what you want but i say NO to gold. Best colors i have seen on black is flat black or silver. Bought mine from BSM. Good luck

NO GOLD!!!!!!! please dont lol. dont want people thinkin its a gt-h. i agree with rdot, matte blackstripes would look sick on a black car. you also can never go wrong with silver on black. or red.

Wow I really didn't think people would be so against gold, but hey to each his own
I just dont understand people are so againts this style...






That pattern looks simply amazing
yeah its going for the GT-H look, but I'm not misbadging or anything
Anyone with a half a brain would know it wasn't a shelby gt-h.
No one would claim it's a gt-h either
It's basically the same as getting a cobra spoiler or something. You are not labeling it a cobra, but you enjoy the look


As far as painting, Not an option broke college student so no funds


The flat black is nice, but everyone is gonna be doing it soon...you don't see to many black and gold combo Mustangs.

Anyone else wanting to chime in???

I'm gonna order them this week so any help would be greatly appreciated

I have a black stang and ive been contemplating doing the black and gold color combo for awhile now, ever since i saw the S197 mustang that tom cruise had in the movie War of the Worlds, with the black and gold colors, ive been wanting to do the stripes, but i agree that as long as your not badging or making appear as a GT-H then i dont think you should worry about it. do what you want, its your stang, we all jus offer opinions

Still wanted to know is there a big difference between the looks of a 10 inch stripes versus 12? Is wider better?
