Sam's club has them, like $12 for 30.
As for cleaning them. Warm water wash, and only the towels, Tide and NO fabric softener. If it isn't clean after that, use them the clean the only the wheels, and then to wipe the dip stick when check in the oil.

If the stuff, does not come off easily and you think they stil have stuff in them....can them. Otherwise, they will scratch the hell out of your paint. Or you can keep them to clean other parts, like under the hood, tires, etc. Just don't wash them with the rest of the good towels.

Agree I hate when that happens luckly I buy the yellow ones from Costco their like 10 bucks for 30 or something like that, dont risk it just do what I do chuck it in the trash.
