They let their domain registration expire on 10/31. I'll bet they don't realize it. Someone with their phone number should tell them. The reason some of you can still get them is that the DNS lookup is queued somewhere.

See http://whois.domaintools.com/silverhorseracing.com under registry data. When you let a domain registration expire, the registrar puts a hold on it, so you can't access their web site with the name. You could if you knew the IP address.

 

I still can't get to it. a 3rd option, they have something on their site that a firewall detects and is blocking the site, like I am at work, it won't allow you to link up.

It's not expired. Check again. It says it expires 10/31/2008, not 2007. Everyone's at SEMA, which is probably why it hasn't been resolved yet. Now it doesn't work for me. But it's definitely a server issue, because it works sometimes.

Oops, you're right. It does say that. But silverhorseracing.com doesn't resolve in the DNS system, so there's something wrong there. Maybe their DNS server is down.

 

Works for me now - I think whatever it was, they fixed it.

 

Marcello (company owner) is currently at the SEMA show. He probably didn't realize that the site was down.
