Default Sequential Tailights 4 Cheap!!!!!!

I never came around to posting this company but they have sequential taillights for a real good price. They carry a lifetime warranty and free shipping. Plus they work as my car is living proof.

Hmmmmm Lemmie check that out......
M&M PlugN Playfor the2005-2008 models. $139. [:@]

Mustangs Unlimited have the CDC Plug N Play
(the only way to go) Dynamite Sticks for $75.

So if cost is a factor, CDCs have them beat in
the Plug N Play department.

I have the Meter4It unit, but I'm curious. Those "plug n play" units say that you don't have to cut any wires. But when you get your Mustang from Ford, the inner tail light (the one closest to the license plate) has a socket that is wired for only one filament. (True for 07's, maybe not for 05's) That's for the running lights / parking lights / whatever you want to call them. The brake lights and turn signals light up a second filament, but only on the center and outer tail lights. So, the inner socket has to be replaced so the turn signals can light all three turn signals in sequence. The only way I know to do that, at least on the 07's, is to cut the wires and replace that socket. So how does CDC, for example, get by with saying "no splicing needed". Here's the web page I'm getting that from: http://www.mustangsunlimited.com/ite...asp?T1=DA74+01

I'm really happy with my Meter4It unit. It did cost $145, but it has the chase sequence. Check it out at http://meter4it.com

I beleive with most of them you get a whole new harness and sockets. Plug and play meaning swap out all the sockets and bulbs. Otherwise you do the splicing on your own harness. Most placed also charge a core for the harness that you get back when you send in you factory harness.

So I can get sequences for as little as $60? I just checked and I have type 1 harnesses.

Oh, that explains it. You get the entire harness with sockets attached. Duh... That is nice. But I'm glad I got the Meter4it with chase. It was worth the trouble of hacking into the wires.
