Default Doubble sectioned headrests?

I'm trying to match the headrest on the GT seats to the multiple bar patern they have on the seat inserts. I want to modify the headrest so I can do something like that, does anyone have any ideas on how to acheive this?

show us what you mean by "multiple bar pattern"
Are you talking about the leather seats? Or cloth?

If leather, you might just buy used leather seats off someone and have someone stitch them aound the headrests

Hmm, yeah, I need some pics of what exactly you are referring to. And +1 on buying used seats if they are leather. It sounds like it would be far easier than doing what you are trying to do.

Here is a photoshop. Yeah. After putting everything together, three sections works better than two.

This is what I want to do.

not sure I understand the need to even do that.
with the "bars" closer together it actually doesn't match as well, in my opinion.

The only headrests I've seen are either modified factory with different logos on them or headrest wraps. I think you should talk to a local upholstery shop. I bet they can put together exactly what you want.
