Wow, the glassbacks look awesome! But I wonder, how does that work on brutally sunny days? Isn't that a bit of a pain? Or is there some sort of cover or something?

I know I've always been fond of sunroofs, but I noticed on my last car ('04 Pontiac Grand Am GT) that I hardly ever used it, except to crack it to vent the car while parked. I used it on my old '86 Ranger quite a bit though. I loved that little truck. It was my fishin' truck. Bought it sight-unseen at the bar for $100, and drove it for a few years (with NOmaintenance beside oil)before she puked and died. One of my best deals ever!

But I digress. I found myself wishing I could have a sunroof when I bought my GT, but I don't really care anymore. T-Tops sound good, but I don't think they'd look right.

If you're driving your Mustang and find yourself wishing you had a sunroof, you're not driving it properly!

It's ok, I wasn't offering.

The sunlight can be annoying and make it hard to see the Nav screen sometimes depending on Sun angle etc. it doesn't get any hotter than a steel roof though, it has two layers of ceramic tint in the glass, kinda funky, you get the light but not the [extra] heat.

I dunno about the T-top...I know with the '74 Corvette I've got, the reason that there's a T-top is due to structural integrity of the body. The engineers at the time couldn't quite get it so you had a targa top on it because there was too much body flex upon hard acceleration or hitting a bump; you'd basically have the car taco at the doors if the center strip was removed. Granted, that was 30+ years ago, and the Mustangs are a different car...But I'd have to agree that T-tops only look good on cars with smaller roofs, and the Mustang has a HUGE roof on it!
