jgallo,

Make sure you watch your fluid level for the intercooler. I was one of the many that had a leaky intercooler, and Whipple admitted to a quality issue with their supplier.

Also, make sure you keep a spare belt with you at all times, and the tools needed to change it.

Many people experience belt loss, and no one cause can be isolated.

I have been watching the level, I keep adding a little after each time I've drived it, I'll def. keep an eye on it.

How much have you added? You shouldn't have to add any coolant after you've initially filled it.

Gauges are generic.

Grats!

-1 on the Saleen gauges. I have them and will be switching out for Cobalts or something similar.

1. The two gauge pod looks stupid IMO. Cool in the pictures. IRL... not so much.
2. The boost gauge is only boost (vs. vac/boost) , not very responsive (it's electric and you really need a mechanical), I believe it is inaccurate, it only goes to 10 lbs, and it the lighting between it and the intercooler temp gauge is totally uneven. (whew).
3. The Saleen typeface and indicator needles don't match the rest of the Mustang instruments.

Love the S/C, hate the gauges.
