Hey all. Long time Forum reader here. It's an unfortunate situation, but I may have to sell my car in the next year or so in order to help pay for my wedding and potential move. Does anyone have any idea what a 2005 V6 with a little over 13,000 in excellent condition would go for. While i know my few mods wont add any real value, here they are:

20" chrome rims
MRT Aero Turbine Axle-Back Exhaust
11.5" painted satin silver racing stripes
Clear corners and bulbs
Shorty antenna

Also, any suggestions or tips on finding a buyer? Thanks guys, and if i do end up selling, i can promise you that i will be back in the mustang family again someday!

Oh, i also should have mentioned that it was the premium sports package (leather and all that jazz) and I am the only owner.

my wife has the same exact car, but yellow. dealer wanted to give her 12k

 

I'm looking to go private sale. I have another vehicle (Dodge Dakota) that i will have to suffer with (while missing my pony). I was hoping to get around $15K - $16K.

 

My guess is about $13k to $15k private. However, to get the # you want, you may have to sit on it a while.

 

15 - 16 is definately a possibility (from what ive seen around here in Dallas), but as thurman said it may take a while to get a bite.

 

Your car looks very clean, but I think you will max out at 15k going private. Good luck on the sale and the wedding!

 

Sell it, get married, get settled, then get you self the latest stang.....

 

Take off the window louvers and side scoops and sell them... to me =D
