Default dash rattle

i have a little rattle coming from where the dash meets the winshield occasionally, how can i get rid of that? i was thinking of throwing a few felt shims in there just so the plastic wouldnt tap the winshield, any better ways to do it though?

Yup, I have a little squeaky like rattle there too, if I push on the front of the dash it will stop for awhile. It's a Mustang, get used to the rattles [&:]

Yeah....i think I could handle a rattle here and there, but I've now had my car in 3 seperate times to try and fix my seat from squeaking. They said they've replaced almost all the parts in my seat, and guess what....it's still squeaking.

What put me over the top was when I was driving the other day after getting my car back....the passenger seat is now rattling like crazy when nobody is in it. I really like my mustang, but am probably too picky to be a long time owner. Anybody heard of any rear-drive V8 foreign cars in the future? Ahhh....who am I kidding...I don't have the money for that. Guess I'll just have to live with the squeakes and rattles.

I dont know if it was the same rattle, but I put a small strip of weather stripping on the bottom of the A-pilar covers. Rattle is gone. As for Dealers......nope I dont go to them for service.

I find that duct tape does a good job. some of the interior pieces have rubber bumpers to help minimize vibration, but most don't. Duct tape will also tighten up any loose fitting panels if you cover the metal push tabs with it. You guys don't know what rattles are until you drive down my road.

I hate a rattle, I have a 03 F-150 that has absolutely no rattles but the 06 GT does. It is off and on depending on the temperature and pavement. Mine happen in different places like just below the radio, air vents, dash. They are suttle and it's a good thing because that is something that drives me nuts!!!.
