Default Doors scratching windows?

do any of you guys have this problem???

I rolled up my passenger window the other day and heard it go "skreeeeeech" on the way up on two separate occasions....

windows look like **** when they get all scratched up by the doors...

if you guys HAVE had this problem, have you taken it to the dealer, and, if so, what did they say/do?

I don't know what year your car is but I have an 07 and just had my windows tinted and every time I rolled up/down my windows I heard that screech also.
It turned out being the inside window wipe being pulled into the door from the tint film.
I have since ordered 2 new wipes and the problem has been corrected. The 07 wipes didn't have the felt on the inside wipes so it was the hard plastic rubbing against the windows.
I originally ordered the moleskin for the fix but my wipes were ruined so I had to buy new ones and once I opened the packages I saw that the new ones had the felt on them,
Cost was about 32 bucks apiece from the dealership for the wipes.
I hope this helps.

So on the 08's there's felt/moleskin on the wipes now? That's great! I can't believe Ford actually did a fix for that but I'm impressed that they finally did!

You need to add moleskin to the door to prevent that ... I had my window's tinted and noticed it -- then I added the molskin and never had a problem again

Some of you may not like my fix and I have never posted it before. I have an 07 and my wife has an 06. If you remove the door panel or pull it out aboutan inch you can remove the door swipe piece. I took a razor blade and cut just the part that goes against the window. No rattles or any issues at all. Some may want to give it a try. I personally am very happy and does not cost anything. No scratches here either.

Will the dealer replace the wipes under warranty - has anybody tried?

I have the same issue and have scratches on my window tint.
