I ordered a torque converter and it arrived last week and i've been waiting for b-ama to send me a new tune for it. I sent them an email 4 days ago and they didnt send me the tune or replied to my email.
Bieng from the UAE i dont want to waste my money on international calls if he can reply to my email. What should i do

Call him up and be persistent. Try a few times in a row, more in the morning hours. He travels oftten so its hard to reach him.

 

He was pretty responsive when I sent him some emails. Usually took a day or two and one of theemails slipped through the cracks.

 

Whats the phone #?

 

The 3 times I've ordered from him it took weeks to get a response and one time I just had to call and call.... B@ma gives very poor customer service, but great products/tunes. People defend him saying its a one-man shop so hes busy, but isn't that the point of hiring people to keep up with customer demand?

Anyways... Don't wait for him. You need to be persitent with him, and you'll get a great tune.

I agree wih ohnoesaz, (wow, i just said that) he's a great tuner, but why doesnt he hire people to keep up with the demand? Well the reason is because of everyone who defends him, which is fine, but this is why, as long as he can let people wait, and they dont mind it, why would he hire people. Anyway, he gets over 200 e-mails a day sometimes, so it takes him a while to get to people

 

I just bought my first tune from him. Does it really take 7-10 days to be emailed?
