Thanks for all the comments on the pictures. It's always nice to get outside opinions.

Yeah, pretty much. The quick method is to grab the **** with a pair of pliers (with the **** at 12 oclock) and pull. It doesn't take much to break the thing plastic that holds them on. Then you just take a small pick-type tool and remove the small pieces. Then vacuum to make sure all the small pieces are gone. The whole installation this way takes 5-10 minutes. The other method involves removing the climate control assembly from the car. I can't see the need for this, as the quick method is very effective.

I know I know. I didn't have a whole lot of time for prep, either. I just snapped these off before work this morning. I ran a quick microfiber rag with detail spray over everything real quick. I had to photoshop out a hair and quite a bit of dust. They much be good enough, though, because Marcello requested print quality versions as soon as he saw them, and requested I do some more pictures of a different product for him. Can't wait [sm=icon_rock.gif]

I went with polished and satin clear anondized because it matches the spokes on the steering wheel perfectly. He has a nice piece for the e-brake coming out soon, too, that I'll be getting in the same finish, without logo. One logo on the shifter bezel seemed just right.

He makes them for 2005-2006, too. They just install differently. (The old ones pop off, the new ones pop on) I have those in my '05 already.
