Hello,

This weekend i was on the road and was running my pony at 120MPH-140MPH lot of fun! Everytime i was pressing the brakes i felt the car like it was vibrating, i thinkis normal but it was a very very little vibrating, what can i use to avoid this?

I had this happen to me before. Took it to the dealer, they cleaned (grinded) the surface of the front rotors.

Problem solved. Free under warranty!

 

140 sure is fun don't you think

 

My brakes were shot after a few trips on the autobahn while I lived in Germany... Just to hot I believe...

 

yeah, the brakes aren't up to the task. Not even in the same ballpark as the 300 hp stock engine. Just regular spirited driving on the freeway can cause fade.
I'm not sure if vibration is normal though...

 

What brake kit are most people upgrading too?
The GT500's?

 

Bigger brake kits cost from 1500-3k

I would just find a nice pair of cross drilled for the front with some hawk pads. If you have the money go cross drilled with new pads all the way around.

 

I found a front and back BAER kit on ebay last night for $1800, best deal I had ever seen. To bad I don't got the loot to buy it.

 

So normaly if you run your car like at 120MPH or 140MPH and you press the brakes do you feel something weird with your ´stang ?

I felt the car a little weird is just a little a very small vibrating but i wonder if its normal cause the speed is too high.
