I'm about to order an '08 convertible with the Roush suspension package (P/N 401296) installed by the dealer. I'll probably order the standard wheel/tire combo, and replace them with aftermarket parts. What is the max tire size that will fit within the wheelwells? If I buy a package with new tire pressuresensors, can the TP monitor be reset without a tool?

 

I've seen as wide as 335/30/18s fit... its all about the offset

 

Not sure on the max size, but yes, new sensors would need to be programmed. Why not just use the origionals?

 

I've got 275/40 and they fit well

 

305 is doable and probably about the most i would want to get, but the offset will matter and also how much of a drop you actually end up having.

There a members on another site, I believe he had the rims widened to 11" or 11 1/2".

 

yeah.. not mine... but those are 11" rims not sure which brand
