Default Roush UDP problem

After installing my Roush underdrive pulleys I have belt noise and have been getting misfires trouble codes. Is the torque off? Or is the pulley bad? Please help.

Its an 2007 with 23,000 miles on it. No problems with the belt before the install. Can a bad harmonic balancer cause misfires?

There could be a bolt hitting the upper pulley. It may need to be cut off because the pulley is bigger.Look at about 1 oclock. You mayalso see a shiney mark around the back of the pulley.

It sounds like your damper might not be installed all the way. That would make the pulse wheel loose causing your miss fire.
