There's many posts here about this. Ed left Y2K and is at a different dealer now. There's a post here somewhere with the info. If you can get hold of him, it is best. It's not the most straight forward thing if the dealer doesn't know the process. Ed has this worked out very well and makes it easy.

When I bought my car I ordered it with the IUP. My order didn't even get queued up for build in 4 months. 1 day at the dealer to complain they had almost the exact car I ordered on the lot without this option. I asked if there was any way to add it and they said it is impossible to do after it leaves the factory. Ed worked it all out and made the process very easy.

It just blows my mind hearing the people who put down the my color option and say they can't figure it out... It's real easy to figure out why people like it... Just like stated above, they don't want the green! In my case I have 5 aftermarket gauges all with blue so this way they match. I don't keep the info center on and I have a Pioneer headunit with a blue display. My Color lets you choose which color you want, hence the name. It's not so you can keep changing it, that doesn't make sense unless you are changing things. -Joe

i would love to get it, but from what i hears its ONLY the main gauges right?..not the radio buttons and window buttons?...if not then its a waste IMO...

now if it changes ALL of that, i'd be willing drop some cash to get rid of the baby **** green, i say its best to have everything match, even if that matching color isnt very pretty
Correct. It is only the gauges that change colors.
Personally I like the green. I reminds me of my old '66 Mustang.

No the guage out of the new BULLIT Mustang, not a billet guage.

It's only $300. You pay $600 up front and then return your old cluster and get $300 back. Looks like I get that million dollars...
